Platform Terms and Conditions of Use qqq1

1Interpretation and Definitions

In this Terms and Conditions document, the following words and expressions carry the meanings stated, unless the context requires a different interpretation:

• "Platform" refers to the qqq1.pro website, the qqq1 mobile app for iOS and Android, and all services offered through them.
• "Member" or "You" refers to any individual who has registered an account with qqq1 and uses the Platform's services.
• "qqq1" or "We" or "Us" refers to the company that owns and operates the qqq1.pro platform and all related entities.
• "Account Balance" refers to the total funds available in a Member's account at any given time, excluding bonuses that have not yet met the wagering requirements.
• "Bonus" refers to any free credits, bonus funds, free spins, or other incentives granted by qqq1 to Members through various promotions.
• "Wagering Requirements" refers to the minimum total wagering requirement that a Member must fulfill before any associated bonus or winnings can be withdrawn.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) refers to the identity verification process conducted by qqq1 on Members to ensure legal compliance and platform security.

Section headings in this document are for reference purposes only and do not affect the interpretation of the actual terms contained herein.

2Account Registration and Management

To access all qqq1 services, Members are required to register an account using accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. qqq1 reserves the right to verify the accuracy of the information provided at any time.

• Age requirement: Only individuals aged 18 and above are eligible to register. qqq1 enforces a strict age verification policy and will close the account of any Member found to be underage.
• One account per individual: Each individual is permitted to hold only one active account. Registering multiple accounts — even using different information — is prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts without notice.
• Accurate information: Members must provide their full name, date of birth, and valid contact information when registering. False information will result in withdrawal rejection and account closure.
• Password security: Members are fully responsible for choosing a strong password and keeping it confidential. qqq1 recommends using a combination of uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols.
• Update information: Members are responsible for keeping all account information up to date. Any changes to personal information must be reported to qqq1 customer support.

Qqq1 reserves the right to reject any individual's registration application without providing a reason, at qqq1's sole discretion.

3Platform and Services Usage

The qqq1 platform is provided for entertainment purposes only. Members agree to use the platform responsibly and in accordance with all rules set out in this document.

Access to the qqq1 platform is via the website qqq1.pro and the official mobile app, which can be downloaded from the Download section. qqq1 is not responsible for any damage or loss arising from the use of unofficial apps or websites claiming to be qqq1.

• Personal use: A qqq1 account is for the personal use of the registered member only. Sharing an account with another individual is strictly prohibited.
• Technical responsibility: Members are responsible for ensuring that the device and internet connection used to access the qqq1 platform are suitable. qqq1 is not liable for disruptions caused by third-party technical issues.
• Intellectual Property Rights: All content on the qqq1 platform — including logos, graphics, text, interface design, and software — is the exclusive property of qqq1 and is protected by copyright law. Copying or distribution without written permission is prohibited.

4Deposit and Payment Methods

Qqq1 supports a range of payment methods suited for Malaysian users, including FPX, DuitNow, Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, and bank transfers via major Malaysian banks. The list of supported payment methods is subject to change and will be updated on the website from time to time.

• Minimum deposit: MYR 10 for all supported payment methods.
• Credit time: Deposits via FPX and DuitNow are credited instantly; deposits via e-wallet take 1–5 minutes depending on the provider's system.
• Deposit fee: qqq1 does not charge any processing fees for deposits. However, your financial institution may apply its own charges.
• Currency: All transactions on the qqq1 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Transactions in foreign currencies will be converted at the prevailing rate and may be subject to exchange fees.
• Source of funds: Members confirm that all deposited funds are legitimately theirs and free from any illegal activity. qqq1 reserves the right to request proof of the source of funds where necessary.

Qqq1 reserves the right to decline or reverse any deposit suspected of involving fraud or illegal activity, and will report such transactions to the relevant authorities.

5Fund Withdrawal and KYC Process

Members are entitled to withdraw funds from their qqq1 account at any time, subject to successful KYC verification and fulfillment of all applicable wagering requirements.

• Minimum withdrawal: MYR 30 for all withdrawal methods.
• Daily withdrawal limit: MYR 30,000 for fully verified accounts. This limit may be reviewed for VIP members.
• Processing time: Withdrawals are processed within 1–3 hours during banking hours, and 3–6 hours outside banking hours or on public holidays.
• KYC requirements: KYC verification must be completed before the first withdrawal is approved. Accepted documents include a valid Malaysian MyKad or passport. This process is completed once only.
• Withdrawal method: Funds will be returned to the same bank account or e-wallet used for the deposit, except in certain circumstances agreed upon by qqq1.
• Delayed withdrawal: qqq1 reserves the right to place withdrawal requests on hold for security review purposes. Members will be notified via email or Live Chat if their withdrawal requires further review.

All information provided during the KYC process is confidential and protected in accordance with qqq1's Privacy Policy and the Malaysian Personal Data Protection Act 2010.

6Bonuses, Promotions and Wagering Requirements

Qqq1 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions to members from time to time. Each bonus is subject to specific terms and conditions stated on the relevant promotions page. Members are advised to read those terms carefully before accepting any bonus.

• Wagering requirements: Most bonuses require a wagering amount of between 20x and 40x the bonus value before a withdrawal is permitted. The exact rate is stated in the terms of each promotion.
• Bonus validity period: Bonuses have varying validity periods — typically between 7 and 30 days from the credit date. Expired bonuses will be automatically forfeited.
• One active bonus at a time: Members may only have one active bonus at a time, unless otherwise stated in the terms of a specific promotion.
• Bonus abuse restrictions: Any attempt to abuse bonuses — including betting on both sides of the same match or game using multiple accounts — is strictly prohibited and will result in the cancellation of all associated bonuses and wins.
• qqq1 Rights: qqq1 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice.

7Game Rules and Betting

All games on the qqq1 platform — including video slots, live casino, bingo, fish shooting games, and sports betting — have their own specific rules that all Members must follow.

The outcome of all games is final once confirmed by the qqq1 system or the relevant game provider. Valid wins will be automatically credited to the Member's account balance. In the event of a dispute regarding a game outcome, Members may submit a complaint through qqq1 customer support within 72 hours of the incident.

• Game fairness: All games use a Random Number Generator (RNG) certified by independent international testing laboratories. The Return to Player (RTP) percentage for each game is published transparently.
• Technical errors: qqq1 reserves the right to void any bets or games affected by technical errors. In such cases, the original stake will be refunded to the Member.
• Sports Betting: Sports betting odds are subject to change until a bet is finalized. qqq1 reserves the right to void bets on events that are cancelled or postponed by more than 48 hours.

8Prohibited Conduct

Members agree not to engage in any of the following activities while using the qqq1 platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions will result in immediate action, including account closure and forfeiture of balance.

• Fraud and manipulation: Any attempt to defraud qqq1 or other Members, including using third-party software to manipulate games or bets.
• Money laundering: Using the qqq1 platform for money laundering or financing illegal activities in any form.
• Duplicate registration: Registering more than one account to obtain additional bonuses or to circumvent restrictions imposed on other accounts.
• Collusion: Colluding with other Members to gain an unfair advantage in games, particularly in live casino games and poker.
• Bot usage: Using any unauthorized automated software, bots, scripts, or third-party tools to play or place bets on the qqq1 platform.
• Exploit abuse: Intentionally exploiting any technical errors, bugs, or glitches in the qqq1 system for personal gain.

9Privacy and Data Protection

Qqq1 is committed to protecting the privacy and personal data of all Members in accordance with the Malaysian Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA). Members' personal data is collected, processed, and stored in accordance with the qqq1 Privacy Policy, which can be read in full on the Privacy Policy.

• Data collection: qqq1 collects data necessary for platform operations, including name, phone number, email address, identity verification details, and transaction records.
• Encryption: All sensitive data is encrypted using 256-bit SSL standards during transmission and while stored in the qqq1 database.
• Data sharing: qqq1 will not sell or share Members' personal data with third parties for marketing purposes without Members' consent. Data sharing only occurs when required by law or for legitimate platform operational purposes.
• Member Rights: Members have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of their personal data by contacting the qqq1 support team.

10Account Suspension and Closure

Qqq1 reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time for the following reasons, without prior notice:

• Violation of any clause in these Terms and Conditions.
• Activity suspected of involving fraud, money laundering, or any illegal activity.
• Failure to complete the KYC process within the specified period.
• Requests from relevant authorities.
• Account inactive for more than 12 consecutive months.

Members may also request closure of their own account at any time by contacting qqq1 customer support. Valid remaining funds (excluding bonuses that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to the Member within 5 business days after the verification process is complete.

11Liability Limits

The qqq1 platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. qqq1 makes no express or implied warranties regarding the uninterrupted or error-free availability of this platform.

• Qqq1 is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or punitive losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform.
• Qqq1 is not liable for losses caused by events beyond qqq1's control, including internet disruptions, natural disasters, power outages, or third-party cyberattacks.
• Qqq1's maximum total liability to any Member shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member in the 30 days prior to the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions is intended to exclude or limit qqq1's liability for gross negligence, fraud, or any matter that cannot be excluded under Malaysian law.

12Terms Amendments and Applicable Law

Qqq1 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. Amendments take effect immediately upon being posted on qqq1.pro. It is the Member's responsibility to review this page periodically to stay informed of the latest terms.

Continued use of the qqq1 platform after any amendments take effect constitutes full acceptance of the revised terms. If a Member disagrees with the changes made, they have the right to close their account and withdraw any remaining valid balance.
